What I built
- 01An Astro site with a weekly briefing pipeline: data → Claude draft → human review → publish and email.
- 02A conference lead flow: scan a QR code and you're a saved lead with an email alert and a WhatsApp link.
What I learned
- Automation writes the first draft. A person decides what ships.
